In 2009, after dropping out of college, he took over a hermes replica handbags construction company founded handbag replica by his father and became a replica handbags major shareholder. Later he became the vice president of the Monaco Yacht Club. Personally, it has reached 50 million US dollars.

CLC  meaning  “Cellular Light Weight Concrete” is the alternative to traditional clay brick and hollow blocks used in the building houses and apartments. Although new to the Nepali market, CLC has been renowned and used worldwide because of its superior qualities and cost efficiency, The production of CLC blocks is done by “Automated Plants”, hence assuring the quality of the product and retaining consistency. We believe CLC Blocks will play a vital role in the “New Era” of the development in Nepal.

CLC Blocks

In this current scenario it is a challenge for the construction sectors to reduce their construction costs with new products and technologies without compromising the quality and sustainability. Alite Construction has come up with great solution for cost reduction in your project with a new innovative technology called “Cellular Lightweight Concrete CLC”

CLC is also known as Foam Concrete, is a version of light weight concrete that is produced like normal concrete under ambient conditions. CLC Blocks are a cement-bonded material made by blending slurry of cement. Stable, pre-formed foam manufactured on site is injected into this slurry to form foam concrete. Fresh foam concrete looks like a milk- shake and the volume of slurry in the foam dictates the cast density of the foam concrete.

Benefits of using CLC Block

Unlike clay blocks, which downgrade with time, CLC blocks gain more strength over time.

Due to the consistency in shape and a large volume of size, CLC blocks save more than half the time in construction than traditional bricks

With CLC blocks, the requirement of plastering walls is reduced significantly. The use of mortar in building the walls is reduced by 50%.  The labor required to build CLC block wall is also less than the traditional walls. This results in a huge amount of cut down on the overall construction cost.

CLC block is approx 3 times lighter than clay bricks which results in reduction of dead load, ultimately saving the foundation and structural cost of the building.

CLC blocks ensure safety from hazards and resist fire three times more the clay bricks. It also offer more resistance from earthquake due to its light weight.

CLC blocks provide a total sound insulation, which results in outside sound cancellation. In addition, CLC blocks have a very low thermal conductivity acting as an excellent thermal insulation material, which keeps the interior cool in summers and warm in winters.

CLC block is made  of fly ash, which are the by-products of industrial waste. The CLC plant is 100% environment friendly as negligible amount of gaseous, liquid and solid waste are released.

CLC blocks have very low yet variable density allowing it float on water. Their non-porous attribute makes it waterproof which saves up cost for water proofing of the buildings

CLC Blocks can easily be drilled into using a simple drill. A single block of CLC can hold upto 30 kg of weight hung on to it.
